Where is Cosmic Charlie?
My ears were just treated to hearing a cut from this show...The Other One/Cosmic Charlie thanks to The Grateful Dead channel this morning.
Cosmic Charlie is NOT listed in the set list above...nor was it listed in the cd tracks for DP 16 on Amazon. Is this a misprint and Cosmic Charlie is actually on DP 16? Or was this song edited out, and I should consider myself lucky to have heard it today on the Dead channel?
Thanks if anyone can clear this up for me. :)

heavy duty stuff
Dark Star through Caution is some of the best improvisational music ever made. Classic balls-out DEAD. Get the whole show - highly recommended Dicks Picks
I have had Dicks Picks 16 since it came out. Wow amazing. I think thats all I can say. I remember i ate some mushrooms and went hiking. This show was the soundtrack for that day. The Dark Stars and UJB jam melted me. Not a listen goes by without those memories. This is a great show to download but purchase DP16 if you want great quality.
Every Head should own a copy of Dick's Picks 16, another sweet show from the Fillmore. The Dark Star> The Other One> Dark Star> Uncle John's Jam> Dark Star> St. Stephen> The Eleven> Caution (Do Not Stop On Tracks)> Main Ten Jam> Caution (Do Not Stop On Tracks) is an awesome aural spectacle that commands your attention. That is the meat and potatoes of this show, but the whole show is grate and worth a spin or two. I know the DP discs are expensive, but if you quit drinking or smoking for a week you would have enough to purchase this show. God bless the Archive for allowing us so much beautiful music. Boogie Down!!!

This sounds great!
This an excellent aud recording for being so early in the game. But what else would you expect from the legendary Marty Weinberg? I just wish there was more of it....
How do I get a copy of the SBD on DP-16 that you are talking about?

Maybe not an advantage, but the value of this partial AUD recording of this great show is that it provides a different perpective on what is one of the musical highlights of the evening. Plus its Free, just like you and me...
mmmmm-MMM thats gooood AUD.

What's the advantage?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't 11-8-69 already available in its entirety as a beautiful SBD on DP16? If so, what's the advantage of this brief AUD fragment?
